“It is easy to get a thousand prescriptions but hard to get one single remedy” – Chinese Proverb
I am a Family Physician at the Centre for Family Medicine in Kitchener (CFFM). The clinic was launched as a health screening service, but it has grown into a full-service medical clinic providing comprehensive care to hundreds of newcomers.
In line with the CFFM, I believe in creating a healthier community through the provision and transformation of comprehensive patient-centred primary care. I work with other family physicians, inter-disciplinary healthcare providers, support staff and learners who have founded a group dedicated to the following principles:

- Commitment to our community
- Inter-professional collaboration
- Accountability and responsibility
- Integrity and respect
- Evidence-informed healthcare
- A grounding in best practices for patients
- Patient-centred clinical care
- Finding common ground with our patients to make the best choices for them
- Ecosystem health
